The car park of Hakata Excel Hotel Tokyu can only accept vehicles under Height 1.78m, Width 1.85m, Long 5.05m. Vehicles bigger than the required size have to be parked at other car parks, and parking fees be paid on passengers’ own accounts.

If the car drop off location after car rental extension is different from the designated drop off location in the recommended itinerary, Drop Off Surcharge will be charged and it will be collected upon reservation. Car pickup / return between different areas is not permitted. Example: Car pickup from Kyushu, return to Tohoku is not allowed.
