Terms & Conditions

Reservations

  • All reservations should be made through travel agents.
  • All reservations should be made at least 7 days prior to departure.
  • All reservations are subject to the availability of accommodation and flight.

Package Price

  1. Package prices are quoted in Hong Kong dollars per person basis and covered standard room accommodation, unless otherwise specified.
  2. All package prices are subject to peak season surcharge when applicable.
  3. Other than package price quoted, all applicable taxes and security charges of air tickets will be collected at time of payment

Child Discount

Child between 2-11 years old is generally granted HK$700 discount from the package price provided he/she is accompanied by at least 1 full paying adult and stays in the same itinerary.

Deposit

HK$1,000 deposit per person will be collected upon booking request.  All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable upon package confirmation.

Payment

  1. Full payment will be collected according to the following schedule:
    Booking Request Full Payment Must Be Made Within
    35 days or more before departure
    14 days upon confirmation
    14-34 days before departure
    5 days upon confirmation
    7-13 days before departure
    Full payment at time of booking
  2. ANA reserves the right to cancel the booking without prior notice if full payment is not made according to the schedule and to forfeit the deposit of HK$1,000 per person.

Amendments & Cancellation

  1. Amendment fee of HK$500 per transaction will be charged upon confirmation for amendment.
  2. Amendment will NOT be accepted for any reason when:
    a) Full payment is made; or
    b) Request day of amendment is less than 14 days before departure.
  3. Once amendment is confirmed, full payment must be made within 3 days.

Cancellation and Refund

  1. The following charges will apply in the event of cancellation prior to the departure:
    Cancellation Cancellation Charges
    14 days or more before departure HK$1,000 per person
    7 - 13 days before departure 50% of package cost
    0 - 6 days before departure 100% of package cost
  2. Any unused portion of the package is non-refundable.
  3. Refund application must be made within 1 month of the original departure date through your travel agent.

Liabilities

  • Transportation facilities, such as planes, ships, trains and buses, accommodation, meals, sightseeing and entertainment facilities during the trip are arranged by ANA Sky Holiday’s (Our Company) service providers, but they are not owned, managed or operated by Our Company. Thus, the arrangement of the above facilities, or any issuance of coupons, exchange of documents, receipts, contracts or notes, etc., by the above service providers are governed by the pre-defined rules and regulations of those service providers.
  • If customers experience traffic delay, lost or damage of baggage or property, injuries, or death, etc., they should directly report, negotiate or claim for compensation from the service providers that own, manage or operate those facilities.  Our Company is neither responsible for such events nor any damages arising from negligence of misconduct of staff not from Our Company.  If customers experience injuries, death or lost or damage of property during any activities, such as an accident occurred when participating an entertainment or game, Our Company is not responsible for such injuries, death or lost or damage of property.  In exceptional circumstances beyond the control of Our Company, including but not limit to the event of an Act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, acts of terrorism, compliance with any law or government order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, adverse weather, strikes, hostilities, etc., Our Company reserves the right, before or after departure, to cancel/replace or to shorten/lengthen the duration, to replace any sightseeing programme without prior notice. Package prices are based on exchange rate, cost of transportation and accommodation at the time of printing.  Whenever exchange rate fluctuates sharply or sudden change of transportation or accommodation costs, Our Company reserves the right to adjust the package price at any time. Our Company will make package arrangement according to the information provided by customers.  If there is any discrepancy or changing of the information, Our Company will do best to make the correction, but we are not responsible for the problems arising from such discrepancy or changing.
  • If there are changes in the package itinerary, package prices, terms and conditions, Our Company reserves the right to make the final decision should any disputes occur.
